Description

I just saw a wire-haired jack russell (with maybe some corgi?) about 25 minutes ago, running down Packard Ave. from Powder House Blvd. in Somerville, towards Ossipee Rd. It had a blue or green bandanna on and was visible anxious. I had my dog with me and this dog was clearly scared of me/my dog so I didn't want to make it worse by trying to approach the dog. A young woman also saw him and was going to call the Somerville police/animal control to see if they could help, but I wanted to share just in case.
